Grounded is designed to provide grounding and calming tools for anxiety and panic support.
At this time, Grounded does not collect, store, or share personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or health data through the app itself.
Grounded also does not require account creation in order to use its core features.
Grounded may store certain preferences locally on your device in order to support app functionality, such as:
audio settings
selected audio mode
selected voice or instrumental track
playback preferences
premium unlock status as managed through Apple
This information is stored on your device and is not used by us to identify you personally.
Grounded may offer a one-time premium unlock through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Any purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your full payment card information through the app.
If Grounded uses Apple services necessary to distribute the app or process in-app purchases, those services are governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
Other than services required for app distribution and purchase processing, Grounded does not knowingly use third-party advertising networks or third-party analytics tools to track users, unless this Privacy Policy is updated to say otherwise.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Because Grounded does not currently collect personal information through the app, we do not share personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Because we do not collect personal information through the app, we do not maintain a database of personal user information through Grounded.
Any preferences stored locally on your device remain there unless you remove the app or clear the app’s data through your device settings.
Grounded is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will address the issue promptly.
We take reasonable steps to design Grounded with privacy in mind. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
